Clint Fowlkes (President)

Clint is a resident of One City Plaza and has lived downtown for over five years. Clint is a controller for a privately held commercial property company.

Bob Katzen (Vice-President)

Bob is a resident at Trump Plaza since 1992 and is a founder and principal in The Ithaka Group, LLC.   The Ithaka Group, LLC is an investment management firm located in Bethesda, MD.  Ithaka’s focus is concentrated all-cap growth equity portfolios.

Susan Landeryou (Secretary)

Susan bought at the Strand in 2006.  She moved here from Ann Arbor, Michigan and plans to stay.  With a doctorate in Educational Leadership, she spent her professional life as an educator and a high school and professional counselor.  She is retired now, takes care of dogs and cats, and serves on the Board of Governors of the University of Michigan Alumni Association of the Palm Beaches.

Kathleen McPhillips (Treasurer)

Kathleen lives in the last single family residence downtown and is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Kathleen is a CPA and runs a private accounting and business consulting practice.

Brian Goldberg (Director)
Brian moved from Ft. Lauderdale in 2006 and is a resident of 610 Clematis. Brian is a Certified Financial Planner with UBS Financial Services, focusing on wealth management and preservation strategies for private clients and small businesses.

Mike Cuevas (Director)

Mike moved to West Palm Beach in 2005 from Wisconsin in search of better weather and to be closer to family. He is an active real estate agent in the area.

Jeannene is a U.S. and Florida Bar certified paralegal, is a licensed title examiner, and holds a LCAM license. Originally from Calgary, Alberta Canada, she now resides at the Strand.
