Tim Harris (Director) President 
Tim is a resident of the Esplanade Grande and has lived in the downtown area for five years. Tim is originally from Columbus, Ohio and moved to West Palm Beach in 1961. Tim is a realtor and very active in the downtown community. Currently Tim is the President of the Esplanade and serves on a number of Boards amd Committees in the downtown area.

Howard Pincus (Director) Vice - President
Howard is a resident of 610 Clematis and moved from Atlanta to downtown West Palm Beach two and a half years ago. Howard is a retired Human Resources Executive and Consultant and is very active serving on a number of boards and committees.

Kathleen McPhillips (Director) Treasurer 
Kathleen lives in the last single family residence downtown and is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Kathleen is a CPA and runs a private accounting and business consulting practice.

Bob Katzen (Director) Secretary 
Bob is a resident at Trump Plaza since 2002 and is the CFO of a document conversion company called Input Solutions, Inc.

Donald Radd (Director) 
Donald is a resident of the Strand since 2006 and has also been a long time resident in the West Palm Beach area. Donald is the President of Spectrum Cable Corp and American Electrical Services.

Clint Fowlkes (Director)
Clint is a resident of One City Plaza and has lived downtown for four years. Clint is a controller for a privately held commercial property company.

Joseph Schober (Director)
Joseph is a resident of the Tower Condominium at CityPlace and has lived in the West Palm Beach area since 1979. Joseph is employed by Bekins Van Lines in their sales division. Joseph is also the Homeowner Association President for the Tower Condominium.

Diane Buhler (Director)
Diane is a resident at 101 N. Clematis and moved to West Palm Beach from New York City in January 2004. Diane is the Executive Associate at Calibre, Wachovia's Family Office. Diane serves on various committees in the downtown area.

Jan is a resident of the Metropolitan and is orginally from Baltimore, Maryland. Jan is the owner of DiDIT Media and founder of the public charity Creative Legacy Archives, Inc., Jan is very interested in the arts and serves on various art committees.
