Board of Directors

Comprised of downtown residents, our volunteer Board of Directors meets monthly on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm. Board meetings are held at the DDA office, 300 Clematis street, Suite 200, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Members are welcome to attend.

Cynthia Nalley (President) Cynthia Nalley is a longtime Downtown West Palm Beach resident and advocate. She also serves on the Downtown Development Authority Board and has led efforts to create a sense of community through events and service.

Cynthia is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Real Estate Managing Broker at Acquire Palm Beach who manages complex projects in both technology and real estate. Cynthia’s favorite Downtown spots are the Mandel Library (great independent movie selection and free yoga!) and the Municipal Docks at sunset. She is very grateful to support West Palm Beach as it grows into a world class city while retaining its rich history and sense of place.

  Tamara Sagar (Vice President)

Tamara happily broke up with New York in 2011 and moved to downtown West Palm Beach. Tamara has no plans to leave--she loves the downtown's walkability and neighborhood feel. Tamara leads the DNA's Waterfront committee, which focuses on keeping the waterfront vibrant, clean, safe, and accessible to the public. Tamara is a lawyer.

Susan Landeryou (Safety): Susan moved to downtown West Palm Beach from Ann Arbor in 2006. She bought a condo overlooking the Intracoastal, Palm Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. She joined our Board of Directors in approximately 2009.

With a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, she spent her professional life as an educator and a high school and professional counselor. Now retired, she loves the weather in here, where the downtown feels like a village. She seldom uses her car, because it’s so easy to walk, bike, or trolley for all her needs.

She has formerly served on the Board of Governors of the University of Michigan Alumni Association of the Palm Beaches, the Board of Directors of her homeowners association in Ann Arbor, and on the Board of Directors of her West Palm Beach condominium.

  Jeannene Cox (Director)
Jeannene Cox, our most senior DNA board member, is a U.S. and Florida Bar certified paralegal with an alterations business. Originally from Calgary, Alberta Canada, she has resided at The Strand for 5 years and is on the board of the directors.

Stacy Blum (Marketing & Social Media)

Born and raised in Florida and a native of West Palm Beach, Stacy Blum has been the owner/operator of the Mortgage Solution Group since 2002. The mission of the Mortgage Solution Group is to provide a safe and community centric environment for consumers to purchase their new home. The Mortgage Solution Group has allowed Stacy to partake in networking, helping others, and being involved in the community, all of her favorite activities.
In 2016, Stacy made the decision to pack up and move from Palm Beach Gardens right into the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach, which allowed her to expand her networking opportunities and establish herself within the community. Stacy has been an active board member of the Downtown Neighborhood Association since 2016 and has been currently elected as the Secretary. Stacy had also been an active member and an ambassador of BNI (Business Network International) where she has passed millions of dollar’s worth of referrals to her partners Stacy looks forward to using her past experiences, hard work, and passion for city involvement to assist in growing the Downtown Neighborhood Association and the city of West Palm Beach.

Erin Sadler (Website and Special Projects)

Erin Sadler moved to West Palm Beach in 2017 and is currently the HR Director for WPTV, the E.W. Scripps Company’s NBC affiliate located in downtown West Palm. With a Master’s degree in Operations Management and 15 years of experience in HR (including Coca-Cola and Comcast), she is the newest member of our Board of Directors.

A fan of the waterfront lifestyle – whether it’s boating, walking the intracoastal, or stocking up on guacamole at the green market – Erin is excited to take an active role with the DNA to support our beautiful, vibrant community.
